Shipping General
We're here to ensure your shopping journey is hassle-free! Please note that we're unable to send our items to Australia Post Parcel Pickups or PO Box addresses. So, please make sure you have a residential or commercial address ready when you check out.

Once your treasures are en route, they become your responsibility. If there's any damage or if something goes astray, no worries! Just reach out to us, and we'll provide you with all the assistance you need to sort things out with Australia Post.

Mistakes can happen, we get it! But if your package goes missing due to an incorrect address, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements. So, take a moment to double-check that shipping information before finalising your order. If we need to resend it, standard postage charges will apply.

Shipping Costs
We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders.

Processing Time
All orders are packed and placed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us at info@gingillihouse.com.au with your order number. We will investigate the issue and assist in locating your package.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gingillihouse.com.au within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. For lost parcels, please allow 14 business days from the shipping date before contacting us. If your item has not arrived in 14 days please let us know.

Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
